NDIS support services
Providence Care Australia
Welcome to Providence Care Australia. We provide NDIS Support Workers for people with disabilities. We offer a range of services and our goal is to help our participants to lead a more engaged, independent, and fulfilling lives. We provide assistance in all aspects of life, whether it’s in the home or out and about in the community.
Group Center Activities
All our carers hold driver’s licenses with comprehensive car insurances and Providence Care Australia itself has access to various cars to help participants get around - to the shops, school, work or anywhere else they need to be.
NDIS support for everyone
Simply put, Providence Care Australia has such an extensive list of services because it all goes towards reinforcing our values of helping participants lead the lives they want. It means we’re well-equipped, well-trained, fully accredited, and more than happy to help with any task.
Early hospital discharge
It is often the case that participants are well enough to leave hospital, but still need help at home or still need support to attend follow-up medical appointments. By collaborating with medical professionals, Providence Care Australia helps make the process smooth.
Community access
We provide support, care, and transport for participants for any personal or family commitments: events, parties, gatherings, sport, classes or simply lending a hand to get out of the house and into nature.
Round the clock care
Late nights and early mornings are key times for support, as such Providence Care Australia doesn’t have “usual business hours". When a participant needs us, we can be there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Group and centre activities
Staying social is so important for people with support needs. This is why we will always help participants get involved and stay involved in group activities where they can interact with people with similar interests.
Social support and outings
We will provide the in-person and logistical support needed to help participants attend outings and get involved in various social groups. Whatever your hobbies and interests, we’ll be there to support you in exploring them.
Transport and shopping services
All our carers hold driver’s licenses with comprehensive car insurances and Providence Care Australia itself has access to various cars to help participants get around - to the shops, school, work or anywhere else they need to be.
Domestic assistance
We will help participants around the house with meal preparation, cleaning, yard maintenance and any other little jobs that need to be done. While we’re not tradespeople, we can also undertake minor household repairs, such as hanging pictures, oiling hinges, and changing light bulbs.
Personal care
We will provide assistance at home or in the community with showering and toileting and all personal hygiene. We will also help with morning and night preparation and help ensure courses of medication are managed and followed.
